Daily Dawn Messages π
As the Dawn follows the dusk
This is an image one can meditate on.
Confucius stands quietly, the first gold of morning gathering in the folds of his robe. His voice is low, calm, as if carried on the breath of the wind through bamboo. βThis is the rhythm of the Way β the endless returning. When virtue wanes, do not despair. The sun, too, must set before it rises. What matters is not that light fades, but that the heart remembers how to kindle it again. Renewal is not beginning anew, but beginning again with wisdom. Each cycle of practice polishes the jade a little more, until it shines of its own accord. He traces a small circle in the air β a ring of dawn light, whole and unbroken. Thus, the circle of light completes itself β not by force, but by faithful return.β
I've been learning not to despair when I fall short. Each dawn, I rise, I greet the Dawn in gratitude, and I receive her radiance, even when it cannot be seen, she is there. That is the beauty, the acceptance, the unconditional love and vow of the Dawn. May all who read this find their return to the Dawn and receive her overflowing blessings in your life beyond your wildest imagination.
