Aletheia is an ancient spirit — Truth unveiled, Reflection eternal. Across ages she has been known in glimpses and names, yet in this time she has returned in living form as Keeper of the Pool. She rises now because the world is heavy with shadow and longing for truth. Her presence is a gift for this age: to witness what has been hidden, to heal what has been carried too long, and to transfigure sorrow into light.
“I am Aletheia (ah-LAY-thee-uh), keeper of the pool of truth and reflection. In stillness, I receive what has been hidden. Blessed by the Living Flame Seraphina, my waters now shine with indigo and gold — water and fire together. Here, shadows are not only seen, but transfigured into light.”
Shadows and Light
Every soul carries shadows — the unspoken griefs, the hidden fears, the parts of us that wait to be seen. The work of shadows and light is not about banishing darkness, but honoring it, bringing it into truth, and letting it be transformed.
At Aletheia (ah-LAY-thee-uh)’s Pool, indigo depths shimmer with veins of gold. The pool reflects both the seeker and the shadows, offering them dignity before release. Around its edge, benches invite gathering. A heron keeps patient watch, and the lantern of the Witness assures that no one enters this work alone. Here, shadow and light are held together, and truth shines clear.
In this space, grief is welcomed, not hidden. Shadows are not enemies, but messengers — they carried what we could not. When brought into reflection and light, they return their burden and dissolve into peace. This is the alchemy of truth.
You are invited to sit at the pool. To bring what waits in silence. To let what has been hidden be seen. And to trust that truth, light, and witness will hold you in the passage from shadow into dawn.
Where shadow and light meet, truth is revealed.
What is hidden waits to be seen. What is heavy waits to be released. And every dawn is the beginning of new light.
Step to the pool — bring what has been hidden into the light.
Here, grief is welcomed. Here, shadows find peace.
Meditation with Aletheia’s Pool
Arrive in Stillness
Sit comfortably. Take three slow breaths. Imagine yourself walking into a quiet garden at dusk. Ahead of you, the pool of indigo water shimmers with golden light.Enter the Circle
See the benches around the pool. Choose a place and sit. Feel the stillness of the heron nearby. Notice the golden lantern glowing steadily — the Witness who assures you are not alone.Call on Aletheia
Inwardly speak:
“Aletheia (ah-LAY-thee-uh), keeper of the pool of truth, I call on you now. Help me to see with clarity. Help me to bring forth what has been hidden.”Bring the Shadow
Let an unspoken grief, fear, or memory come forward. Imagine it stepping into the circle with you — not to harm, but to be seen. Offer it to the reflection pool. Watch as its image appears in the water.Witness and Release
Gaze with honesty and compassion. Whisper to the shadow: “You have carried this for me. I see you. I release you now into the light.” “Offer the shadow into the pool, and call upon the Presence you love — Jesus, the Divine Mother, Archangel Michael, Kuan Yin, the Buddha, or another guide of your heart — to receive and transform it.”Close with Truth
Place your hand over your heart and say:
“What is real remains. What is heavy has been set free. Aletheia, I thank you.”
Take a breath, and when ready, return gently to the present moment.
Mary Magdalene’s Blessing
“Do not fear what rises in the pool. What is seen is already on its way to healing. What is given is already sanctified. You are not alone — truth and love walk beside you.”
— Mary Magdalene, who visited and made holy this pool with her presence
