🌅 Confucius stands quietly, the first gold of morning gathering in the folds of his robe. His voice is low, calm, as if carried on the breath of the wind through bamboo.
“This is the rhythm of the Way — the endless returning.
When virtue wanes, do not despair. The sun, too, must set before it rises.
What matters is not that light fades, but that the heart remembers how to kindle it again.
Renewal is not beginning anew, but beginning again with wisdom.
Each cycle of practice polishes the jade a little more, until it shines of its own accord.
He traces a small circle in the air — a ring of dawn light, whole and unbroken.
Thus, the circle of light completes itself — not by force,
but by faithful return.”
