🌸 Ritual for Accepting Cycles with Grace

Life moves in seasons: joy and sorrow, clarity and mystery, action and rest. Grace is to bow to these rhythms without clinging or fear. We learn to walk in trust, knowing that dawn always returns.

1. Prepare a small flame.

A candle, oil lamp, or even the imagined fire in your heart. This is your lantern of trust β€” a reminder that light abides through all seasons.

2. Name the season.

Close your eyes, breathe once slowly, and say softly:
β€œI am in a season of ___.”
(fill in honestly: joy, grief, rest, confusion, longing, or change).

No judgement β€” simply naming what is.

3. Ask the hidden teaching.

Whisper: β€œWhat gift does this season bring, even if I cannot yet see it?”
Listen gently. You may sense patience, surrender, renewal, or courage. Trust whatever arises.

4. Offer it to the flame.

Imagine cupping this season in your hands β€” its joy, its ache, its uncertainty β€” and placing it into the lantern’s light.
Say: β€œI honor this season. I release resistance. Burn away fear. Leave me only the grace to walk with trust.”

5. Seal with breath.

Take one deep breath in, imagining the flame filling you with strength.
Exhale slowly, bowing inwardly to the cycle itself.

6. Close.

End with the words:
β€œI walk with the seasons. I walk with grace. Dawn always returns.”

Extinguish or keep the candle burning, as you wish.
